1997. With skylights and warm colors along with the wooden staircases and booths, this restaurant is set in a serene environment. During spring and summer patrons can dine on the patio.
The Grigoriades family takes pride in the skilled service and staff who will immediately make our visitors feel welcome. Adding to the ambiance are musical artists.      One of Symposium's prized possessions is the Executive Chef and General Manager Robert Miller. Chef Bob has an outstanding reputation in Lancaster County. He strives to maintain creativity. Chef Bob is on the board of directors and teaches at York Tech Culinary Arts.
     This casual to fine restaurant has a menu that offers American dishes with a Mediterranean flare. You can find dishes simple in nature, from freshly baked pizza, the finest steaks and freshest seafood and vegetarian choices to sophisticated desserts that are made in-house including an Italian favorite, tiramisu, and the classic rice pudding. There is something on the menu for everyone.
     Symposium restaurant specializes in creating a unique and enjoyable dining experience. It will satisfy the diner who enjoys a quiet evening of fine dining with family and a bottle of wine or the person who enjoys relaxing with a beverage.      While Nick and Ruth Grigoriades patiently awaited ownership of the beautiful building that is now Symposium, they knew one day the opportunity would be theirs "to make this the best restaurant in Lancaster County". That is just what Symposium has become over the years.
